Hi, I’m Charissa, founder of Impact Persona.
My background
My journey began in the world of Learning & Development, where I worked across various organisations. In 2009, I earned my first DISC certification and quickly became immersed in the diverse world of DISC profiling.
Over the years, business owners, hiring managers, and HR professionals have shared a common frustration with me: many DISC reports are overwhelming. With 40 to 80 pages of dense paragraphs, complex charts, and graphs, these reports can be time-consuming to digest—especially for busy managers and leaders. Plus, some reports are simply beyond the budget of many departments.
This recurring conversation ignited a passion within me to change the status quo.
